Foveaux Street Commercial is a redevelopment of a pair of 6-storey buildings into a 9-storey commercial office building. The project boasts a unique concrete, glass and steel façade plus a dramatic 4-storey atrium. The project presented a significant structural challenge to construct two basement levels under whilst supporting the existing dilapidated 6 level structure over.
