The Kippax Street retail and rooftop project included a lower ground floor fit out and the completion of an outdoor entertainment area for valued client Canva.
The rooftop project consisted of creating a space where Canva could host social events and included;
- An acoustic barrier to the perimeter of the rooftop
- Operable louvered awning
- Feature lighting for planter boxes and garden area
- Barbeque
The retail project consisted of a strip out of four existing retail units and fit-out to produce a ‘hub space’ to showcase Canva’s products and in house capabilities to the public. The completed fit-out included;
- Spotted gum bulkhead ceiling spanning across the entire shop
- Fluted Concrete feature bar with 6 beer taps install
- AV wall to house 10 screens for presentations and workshops to be held for potential users to better understand and operate there marketing tools
- Spotted gum timber tree hanging across the ceiling
