Infinity has been commissioned to undertake a first class, two-stage redevelopment of a 110 room, residential aged care dementia-friendly facility with carparking and associated landscaping.
The redevelopment will deliver:
- A two-storey, architect-designed building with private rooms and ensuites for 110 residents
- A built environment with specific consideration for residents with dementia and other cognitive impairment
- An environment that welcomes and caters for residents and families from culturally diverse backgrounds through lifestyle programs, menu choices and multicultural staff

Stage 1 of the project has been completed and included the delivery of 54 beds, gym, hair salon, industrial laundry, commercial kitchen, multiple communal spaces and a carpark.

Stage 2 of the project is underway and will include the delivery of 56 beds, a feature entrance, multiple communal spaces, three courtyards with landscaping, carparking and an ambulance bay.
Stage 2 is programmed to finish in November 2021 and will connect with Stage 1 to provide a seamless completed redevelopment.
