Scape Lincoln Square comprises the design and construction of a 12 level, 15,000m2 student accommodation facility with a 468 bed capacity.
Infinity is the head contractor and is working closely with leading architects Denton Corker Marshall who have been novated.
The project boasts 468 studios complete with POD bathroom, kitchenette, a full suite of appliances, study areas, storage plus communal facility extension through the ground floor, mezzanine and level 11 roof top recreational area.
