The Scape Victoria Street project is a new 27-storey, student accommodation project in Melbourne’s university precicnt.
Infinity have been commissioned to complete the design and construction of a new student accommodation for Scape in Melbournee.
The project is a high-rise development comprising of 533 beds over 24 storeys. The ground level is a mixture of lobby, student communal space, retail and back of house areas. The podium is a mix of student accommodation and communal spaces as well as a commercial kitchen which services the building. There is also a landscaped rooftop terrace, pool and feature BBQ area.
